About SNSI | How to contact SNSI About SNSI Spay-Neuter Services of Indiana, Inc. was formed in 1977 to provide a solution to the pet overpopulation problem in and around Indianapolis, Indiana. We are not a full service veterinary clinic nor a spay/neuter clinic. SNSI sponsors several different low-cost spay/neuter programs throughout the year. Surgeries are scheduled at participating clinics. SNSI consists of an elected board of volunteers. They are continuously working hard to provide affordable options to spay-neuter surgeries. The nonprofit organization is financially supported by an annual fundraiser, donations, and community support. Each May the board is up for re-election at their annual dinner.
