Spay Neuter Services of Indiana (SNSI) announces their new and improved Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) and would like to tell the public about our efforts to end pet overpopulation and the suffering and death resulting from pet overpopulation. Together with compassionate veterinarians, SNSI has provided more than 39,000 surgeries since 1977, preventing thousands of unwanted litters of puppies and kittens. Despite this remarkable accomplishment, our work is not done. In Indianapolis alone, more than 50 companion animals are killed per day due to overpopulation—and this statistic increases exponentially when surrounding counties and communities are added.
To
have a pet spayed/neutered under the SNAP Program, pet owners can obtain
an application by calling our voice mail 317.767.7771
or visiting our website www.spayneuterservices.org
Founded in 1977, Spay-Neuter Services of Indiana, Inc. is dedicated to help end pet overpopulation in Indiana by providing affordable options to spay-neuter surgeries. Centrally located in Indianapolis, SNSI consists of volunteers who work on behalf of the many unwanted and neglected animals in this state. SNSI is not a full service veterinary clinic nor a spay/neuter clinic. SNSI sponsors several different low-cost spay/neuter programs throughout the year. Surgeries are scheduled at participating clinics.
